Day 1: Arrival in Kathmandu

Day 3: Trek to Bahundanda
First day of trekking through subtropical forests and local villages.
Day 4: Trek to Chamje
Follow the Marshyangdi River through steep canyons and waterfalls.
Day 5: Trek to Bagarchhap
Enter the Manang district and notice the change in landscape and culture.
Day 6: Trek to Chame
Enjoy views of Annapurna II and Lamjung Himal as you reach the district headquarters.
Day 7: Trek to Pisang
Walk through a deep pine forest and cross a large apple orchard.
Day 8: Trek to Manang
Acclimatization walk with stunning views of the Tilicho peak.
Day 9: Rest Day in Manang
Short hike to Gangapurna Lake to help the body adjust to high altitude.
Day 10: Trek to Yak Kharka
Gradual ascent through alpine pastures where yaks graze.
Day 11: Trek to Thorong Phedi
Reach the base of the pass. Rest early for the big climb tomorrow.
Day 12: Thorong La Pass to Muktinath
Cross the highest point at 5,416m and descend to the sacred temple of Muktinath.
